I would think most people didn't even notice the bride much less her husband, just a heck long thing dragging behind her. Who cares, its just a publicity stunt, and not a very good one either.

Aug 2nd 2006 6:27PM Its not just about how the older people act when they drive, their REACTION time must also be considered. As one ages joints become stiff and coordination slows, just because an older person is able to take it slow and go the speed limit doesnt mean they will be able to react fast enough should something unexpected happen.
Also I have noticed with that personality can change with age. My grandmother said openly that she didnt care if she hit a child, and that if she one day backed over one it would be the kids fault, when this "i dont give a damn" mentality kicks in, the keys must be taken away.
