You need to legally and financially protect yourself. Your best bet is to have your family attorney or a Real Estate attorney check all the documents and progress of your mortgage/loan application. As well as any contract for the purchase of a property. The clause is called with and or under attorney approval. This clause gives your attorney 24, 48 or 72 hours to review your contracts and documents. Only after the attorney approves the documents or terms of contract on your behalf, your contract then becomes a legal and binding agreement.Its worth the extra few hundred dollars in the long run. As the attorney is working for and protecting you his client first and foremost.

Jan 12th 2012 2:42PM The only reason foreclosure numbers are down "for the time being", is due to the length of time it now takes for a foreclosure to be fully processed under the law and following mandated legal guidelines, as opposed to the banks just having anyone willing to forge a signature and sign bogus documents.
The foreclosed home inventory is beyond any ones comprehension. And its bound to continue to rise in numbers as each home is actually foreclosed on legally under due process of law. The only thing that's slowed down with regard to foreclosed homes is the legal systems processing time.

In as much as we will never forget the tragic event that took place on 9/11 Its unfair to assume or accuse any architectural designer that happens to render a design of two towering buildings placed next to one another as an insult or deliberate attempt to duplicate the Twin Towers or the memory and events of 9/11
Architectural design and building can not come to a screeching halt due to the fact that some individuals "in there own minds eyes" view the overall design of any two buildings to appear somewhat similar to those of the Twin Towers. It doesn't matter if the buildings are only 12 stories or 60 stories in height. Again, its what an individual may visually see, and or presume it to be within their own minds eyes.
These buildings represent a beautiful futuristic architectural design. Period.

Oct 5th 2011 8:25AM Perhaps code enforcement should visit and conduct inspections of other homeowners properties near the Harris home. No doubt the homes in the area were built around the same time, and most likely need electrical and plumbing updating to meet current county code standards.
And why would neighbors want to target the Harris's in the first place. Have the Harri's neighbors nothing better to do then think of ways to make life uncomfortable for this elderly couple.
It seems to me if the Harris's had money, they most likely would have chosen moved out of the neighborhood a long time ago. It seems to me the neighbors should focus more on helping their neighbor the Harris's as opposed to harassing them. No individual is immune to falling on hard times financially.
