Oct 27th 2009 3:30PM I don't understand why we are staying in this mess. Except maybe to keep our arms and ammo in use, so that we can, produce, more and more arms and ammo.
Somehow, somewhere this has got to stop. Turn the tables, and see what the free Amercian people would do if any country tried to occupy us. The rhetoric of the Taliban are doing it is now 'old hat'. Please don't tell me we have to be there to foster peace when all we are doing is interfering with another countries right to be free from foreign influence. The more we stay the moe violent they become.
It is an absolute shame. I do agree very with the General, and also am getting very tired of this old story being renewed. We have nothing better to do but spend on the military? I believe our money could go much farther in paying down our debt.
We have had the Euorpeans appplaud our new president. Can you see behind this. It is a mockery, so much so, that they are waiting for us to fall and fall hard.
Yes. All of us Amercians who value our traditions and freedoms, need to know that they are coming to an end. And the world awaits this tragedy.. They are fed up with our attitude of superiority.
