2011 Hyundai Equus user manual to be pre-loaded on a custom iPad {Engadget}

Jun 17th 2010 2:04PM I feel like I just jumped back in time. This was announced, and covered, just after the car was unveiled.

Rock Band 3 Squier Stratocaster plays both real and virtual guitar... at the same time (video) {Engadget}

Jun 16th 2010 11:59AM @Nilay Patel I have a Fender Squire that I picked up in a starter kit. I've been playing with it and learning some cords and tabs, but this new guitar is very tempting. It seems like this would be an easier and fun way to really get into it.

Jun 7th 2010 4:03PM I need something to replace my Dash Express now that the service is shutting off :(

OnLive offering one year free membership to pre-registrants {Engadget}

May 31st 2010 11:55AM I beta tested the service and jumped on the offer. I think $15 a month is pretty steep considering their tv box isn't coming out for a while... if the price included its rental then I could justify the price. Going a year though without that price is a good deal in my mind.

The service worked fine for me though. I thought the resolution was a little lower I would have preferred and the cursor felt a bit "floaty" every now and then, but I had no major complaints.

Slim Amazon Kindle 'Shasta' to be first with WiFi? {Engadget}

May 31st 2010 10:17AM I still don't understand how it could be thinner. I think the current thickness is fine as it gives you something solid to hold onto without being uncomfortable. I think the current thickness is fine until they can produce the concept e-ink displays that are basically a bendable sheet of paper. If they wanted to remove the keyboard or improve it in some way... well, the could cut down on some of the size.

Project Natal to cost $149 by itself, $299 with 360 Arcade, according to latest rumors {Engadget}

May 26th 2010 6:56PM @chekhonte "I can't imagine any early adopter for this."

Really? You must not know too many gamers. Many of us are tech whores that will buy just about anything.

Myself included. Day one purchase.

HTC Hengshan and Huashan Windows phones make another online cameo (update) {Engadget}

May 23rd 2010 1:21PM 'm definitely jumping ship from iPhone to Windows Phone 7 in the fall. I've been pretty impressed with what we've seen of the OS so far, especially the social media, Xbox Live, and Zune integration.

Phone wise, I think the Dell phone is the best I've seen so far.

Pip-pip, OnLive reaches agreement with BT, launching in Europe eventually {Engadget}

May 13th 2010 4:12PM @Sepirioth Beta is over and the service is launching. They are already taking sign ups for subscriptions.

If my post offended you I can ask Engadget to delete it.

May 13th 2010 3:24PM I've been in the OnLive beta for a while... it works pretty well.You couldn't change the resolution of the game though, so I was never able to make it match my 1920x1200 laptop. Hopefully that's something they've fixed, the mouse also feels kind of floaty sometimes too.

My pet peeve, as someone else pointed out, is having to pay for the service and then the games on top of that. With your monthly cost you ought to get at least a rental included.
