well the Patirot act, national ID,and pat-downs all break the laws according to the The consitution. So if everyone agrees to these violations or most people dont mind giving up rights to be safe.
Do it by the Rules and change the Consitution- while they are at changing things they can take away the first ammendment-and stop Muslims from building at ground zero
take away the 5th ammendment so we can toture terrorist and get rid of due prosses rights. The 6th ammendment so we can hold terrorist for years at GITMO without trial
Repeal the 8th ammendment so we can waterboard terrorist
also stop "boarder Babies" and illegal immagration we could repeal the 14th ammendment
