Sarah and Bristol Palin Slam 'Heartless' FOX Sitcom {PopEater}
Feb 16th 2010 1:10PM If Fox did a new tv series about a young girl that had down syndrome that just so happen to be a child of a politician, would it still be offensive to everyone. Anyone remember Corky?? Was he offensive? Its not a crack at down syndrome.
Sarah and Bristol Palin Slam 'Heartless' FOX Sitcom {PopEater}
Feb 16th 2010 12:59PM I support Sarah Palin, but this is kinda rediculous. I don't personally believe that it was a stab at her. If they were making fun of down syndrome, they could have done it better. What they did was realistic. Chris showed the girl respect in the clip showing that even with a disability, she deserved it. The difference between how she acted and how a normal girl would act is that she called him out when he wasn't proper. What is wrong with that? Nothing. I've had the pleasure of knowing many children and adults with down syndrome and I didn't find it offensive at all. If there was something that I had missed that was not in the clip, I be happy to rebuttal.
Conan O'Brien: Divorce from NBC is Ugly and "Crazy Expensive" {Luxist}
Jan 22nd 2010 6:45PM Leno wasn't getting cancelled. Conan wanted the tonight show or he wouldn't renew his contract. Lenos ratings were still good, but they decided to let Conan have it anyway to keep from losing him. They gave Leno another show, simply because they have to pay him anyway and his salary is much greater than Conan. Leno is still under contract so if they have to pay him anyway. Conans ratings were always bad compared to Leno or anyone else on late night. I think that Conan can be funny at times, but also very selfish. His decision not to move back a half an hour just cost everyone that works for him their jobs. I'd call that really selfish. For that, I don't like Conan anymore
5 Questions With: Conan O'Brien {Inside TV Blog}
Feb 18th 2009 9:38PM Conan hasn't exactly had great ratings, I understand why they gave him the tonight show(He's been with NBC latenight for many yeart). Honestly I remember watching Conan when he first started and I liked it, but as time went by, he started going down hill. Has anyone seen the size of his studio? It is a much smaller studio than he had originally, As less people came to see his show, they gave him a smaller one. What is going to happen to the TONIGHT SHOW studio when he loses popularity? And it will. The tonight show audience are the more mature down to earth people. Hate to say it, but Conans audience won't be back from the clubs and bars early enough to watch him..
