Oct 15th 2009 3:57PM Good point! I went back to check. The listing says "There are 3-4 indoor parking spaces in the port-cochere on the ground floor. Depending on the future use of the building there will also be up to three parking spaces on the alley behind the building. Additionally the parking lot at 161 Commonwealth Ave could be available for sale and can accommodate 20 cars."
