Apr 26th 2010 5:40PM Great conversation here. Thanks for the background info. Yes, Hilfiger's old place was an EOTD http://www.luxist.com/2008/02/29/tommy-hilfigers-stone-hill-estate-of-the-day/ eventually sold for $20 million last fall.
Mar 26th 2010 3:59PM Either he or the ex-wife must be a Parrish fan, looks like there's one in his Malibu place too, I can't identify it, I wonder if it is up for sale too http://www.luxist.com/gallery/mel-gibsons-lavender-hill-farm/2775683/
Mar 26th 2010 3:02PM I forgot that. It's this one http://www.luxist.com/gallery/mel-gibsons-old-mill-farm/1022465/ right?
Feb 25th 2010 5:43PM I added a picture of the renovated kitchen, the other one was the catering kitchen.
Jan 17th 2010 4:42PM Thanks, Eric, nice to be missed! Yesterday was given over to the Luxist Awards nominations.
Jan 13th 2010 1:37AM Thank you for the correction.
Oct 30th 2009 1:14PM Yeah, I saw that $100 million estate but there isn't an official listing yet and I can't borrow the WSJ's pictures. It's quite an impressive offering but I suspect it won't sell at that price.
Oct 26th 2009 4:48PM It's now available on Wine.com for $500. http://www.wine.com/V6/Piper-Heidsieck-Le-Rituel-par-Christian-Louboutin/wine/100759/detail.aspx
Oct 15th 2009 3:57PM Good point! I went back to check. The listing says "There are 3-4 indoor parking spaces in the port-cochere on the ground floor. Depending on the future use of the building there will also be up to three parking spaces on the alley behind the building. Additionally the parking lot at 161 Commonwealth Ave could be available for sale and can accommodate 20 cars."
