Apr 11th 2011 9:29PM You can't recapture youth.
Whether it's you, me or Brittany.
Apr 9th 2011 12:02PM Come on people.......very over-weight individuals ALWAYS look younger in the face. The extra fat plumps up the cheeks and fills in the lines and crevices. Even when I put on a few pounds I always like the way my face looks....but not anywhere else. That's why so many people look gaunt and older when they lose weight.
He looks more his age now, naturally...but he looks fit and healthy!
Unfortunately, you can't lose the weight from your body and keep it just in the face.
Great job...and keep it up!
Apr 7th 2011 4:41PM Good for Bristol!
I am sure she is practicing what she preaches now.
I would have done the exact same thing in her position....and so would every other crybaby posting here
Feb 28th 2011 2:45PM The entire show was a drawn out disaster.
No excitement, and surprising little real star quality.
The Hi-tech motif doesn't work for this kind of venue. The Oscars need to have that old time glamour, mystery and humor instead of the vapid and immature presentation we witnessed.
Everyone I know tuned out in the first hour.
Jan 16th 2011 8:10PM Kind of looks like the $208.00 Citizens of Humanity super stretch jeans I just bought. LOL
Dec 11th 2009 7:17PM Well, It looks like the "ridiculous" Sun reporting was right. According to the latest from the New York Times. Tiger is taking a hiatus from professional golf, and admits to "infidelities". Who is looking ridiculous now? Will Brinson?
Nov 30th 2009 2:28PM Another one with that ridiculous looking lip thing going on.
Jul 10th 2009 4:27PM To all you people who didn't like his screaming or loud voice...that is too bad. That was his job...he was a pitchman. He was a huge success at what he did. Most people obviously did like him. There was a reason he was hired to hawk products year after year by company after company. HE SOLD THE PRODUCT!
Of course it is not in bad taste to continue showing his "pitches". That WAS his life and career.
May 9th 2009 10:44PM Interesting, slightly puzzling as well. Someone really must have wanted a slip there badly to pay that kind of money in this economic climate. Yes , it is a great location, a great size slip, and a great club with panache and a name associated with old money and elite members. This sale has garnered quite a bit of publicity of late for the Ocean Reef Club. But, we do not know the details or the circumstances of this transaction, or what, if anything else could be involved. So at the moment we can look at this as a one off location and slip, a one off high-end club facility, and a one -off selling price.
The only absolute I can tell everyone is what is happening in my little niche of the world (Dade & Broward County, FL) with Dockominium and Rackominium prices.
I have a 75' slip at the Waterways(Loggerhead) in Aventura for an asking price of 195k...Prior sales in 06'/07 for a 75' slip was in the neighborhood of 395k.
40' wet slips at Mystic Point Marina in Aventura are listed for 49k, when the last 40' sale two years ago was for 100k.
At Grove Isle Marina in South Miami a 60' slip is being offered at 195k, that went for 480k two years ago.
As for Rackominiums, there are few of those business models left at all. At the Port Marina in Ft. Lauderdale (with the automated Hi-Tech crane lift technology) I closed on a 42' slip there six months ago for 65k. Original prices for this size slip were 189k. I have a client now with a 52' slip there who is asking 89k. Original prices for this size were in the 300k range.
This is MY reality that I am dealing with at these locations. I suppose there will always be an exception at some place at some time. There are a few locations that will always outperform. But they are the exception, not the norm.

Feb 22nd 2009 4:39PM Should have had O'reilly do the interview.
The Mayor was obnoxious, and spinning to his constituency. He didn't answer ONE question.
Fox news for the most part is the best, hands down. That is why it keeps attaining number one status. Who can compete, MSNBC?. CNN? Come on.
