May 8th 2010 3:21PM Last I checked the Constitution was still in force. She has first amendment rights. The question is where is the outrage when a black person (they are not African Americans...simply Americans) say disparaging things about white people or any other race? Listen to Steve Harvey or Al Sharpton on the radio and tell me they are not racist, but would you ever have the nerve to say anything about...hell no you wouldn't. I am not racist and know some really smart people and some really stupid people of all races. My question is how about some balance?

Funny that Don Imus got fired but Letterman is still on the air...explain that one left wing nut jobs? As one of your own pointed out if Letterman had made his joke about a liberals daughter he would be looking for a job...again that was a comment from a left leaning reporter/commentator. So get over your feigned indignation already. If they had written about Bush's daughters then we would be told to lighten up and learn to take a joke.

Jul 8th 2009 10:20PM We used to have a thing called the Bill of Rights and free speech was a right. Conservatives and Judeo/ Christian values are easy targets. I think the Highway to Hell shirts were offensive or shirts with Pentagrams, Ankhs, upside down crosses, etc were offensive but I will defend to the death your right to wear it. I think a 13 year old girl is probably able to grasp that killing another human being is wrong. It is not a blob of flesh it is a human being. If it had been a shirt to save the gang member that was on death row there would be no conflict or if it was a shirt worn by a muslim they would not dare touch the girl. Everyone is equal under the law...EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

By that logic shouldn't anyone who sat under Bill Ayres or Rev. Wright be included in being risky? The answer is both of these are absurd...people have a right to their opinions but not to their actions. Von Brunn is no better and no worse than Bill Ayres...they are both domestic terrorist and should both rot in jail.

Jun 9th 2009 10:51AM I agree this article is a bunch of BS. I loved my son and have a great bond with him. I am divorced and moved 1200 miles to be near my son and have 50/50 custody with my child. If their are fathers that don't love their children then do the wife and kid a favor and leave so they can both find a real man and you can just send child support until she meets a real man who will adopt and raise your child for you and love them unconditionally.

Jun 8th 2009 12:41AM I have gone to lengths to find the name of the person in charge and submitted to them in porder to bypass the brainless drones in HR. The HR people don't return calls or have any class as far as business etiquette. It is just common courtesy to at least send a reply that they received the resume when you email them a resume. I agree it is a discouraging process but you have to work. I have an MBA and experience and still am struggling to get hired somewhere.

It would most likely be funny then because anything you say negative about a democrat is sacrilege but say whatever you want about republicans because the first amendment only works one way. Stop being so hypocritical...the networks let "reporters" say whatever they want all the time. So go cry in your beer and get over it, I have heard that kind of thing about Christians and conservatives for years.
