Aug 30th 2010 5:58PM This number of 125 million is really not accurate. The real price 3 years ago was about 75 million. The agent who eventually did the listing overpriced it at 125 million and that is why it sat for so long. 125 million was a highly inflated number. Also there are a lot restrictions that make the land less valuable for development. 55 million as a selling price is appropriate.

The Pharma Industry has created a market to push anti-psychotic drugs. Wake up and research this, before accepting it. Thousands of young people have been given these drugs with hellish results, many commit suicide because these drugs are amphetamine based, meaning SPEED. Hollywood is infested with these darklings who take great pleasure in sadomasochism. If anyone stands up against them, they are mocked and ridiculed. The media has attacked the Catholic Church for children being abused yet Hollywood is the biggest abuser out there and the media is silent. God is not mocked and every action of man will be judged. These films are putrid filth from hell. And Hollywood is proof that hell exist because it is channelling it right into existence through this medium.
