Mar 14th 2010 8:23PM Gammy, I think many of you that think it is imperative to wash your hair daily are the same ones that think body hair is gross and all has to come off. Some people do have to wash their hair daily because they have a lot of grease, then there are others that don't have enough oils and when they wash it daily it becomes fly away. Of course if you are working out, have a sweaty head or have been somewhere where there is a lot of smoke you should wash it more often, but I think some of you think natural body odor is offensive.
I am not talking about body odor on people who rarely wash their bodies and sweat and stink, I am talking about natural body odor. We shouldn't have to always smell like some scented body lotion.
I wash my hair about every four days, longer if I am not leaving the house. By the fourth day it is not greasy, I just have conditioned myself to say that is when I should wash it. If I do it daily it is totally uncontrollable
