Dassault have designed the aircraft
Lord Foster has penned an external paint scheme that my 13 year old could have done, and has played around with the interior to no better effect than any interior designer.

I suggest that of the $1.5 Bn, 99% goes to Dassault. Anything that goes to Lord F is surely for the endorsement rather than the work...
