May 29th 2010 1:56PM No, the people we've encountered either have the form sitting there waiting to be mailed or never turned in or turned in too late. It HAD TO BE IN BEFORE APRIL 1st. If they only gave us 5 minutes then we could be done with each one. Many houses are vacant, for sale, for rent or just abandoned. Unless we get a proxy saying yes it was empty on 4/1/2010 the census will keep coming back. If They're tired of us now, just wait till July/August when more census people will be around following up on these vacants, refusals, etc.

May 29th 2010 6:44AM I am working for the census. It is a demanding job. Having to go back 6 or more times just to find someone home or even a neighbor. And if the house is vacant or we get a refused, these forms are coming back for round two. so we can imagine the fun we will have trying to do that. The pay is great. Where else would you make the money at this time? If this is the law to fill out the form, then how stupid can people be in not filling them out. This is why we are here. If your an AMERICAN fill it out, if you don't want to then GO LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The cops will be pulling anyone & everyone over for stupid things, anything to harrass the bikers & make a buck. apehangers, sunglasses, any thing out of the usual. They stand in the middle of the road contemplating who to pull over next. We have watched them actually do this. & then give them a ticket for not wearing sunglasses. (the passenger)

Nov 15th 2009 7:53AM As usual, another way for Walmart to screw their employees of a much needed day off & rest. I thought Walmart was such a "family" oriented store. not! They do not care about employees. All they care about is how much money will the store make. The U.S would do better in going back to regular store hours, closing at 5pm, 1/2 day on sat & no store open on Sundays. & closed on all holidays. There is no time for family get togethers anymore. People are too busy working to take care of their families.

How can single mothers pay :electric bills, lot rent & trailer payments, food on the table, utilities, health benefits for even these single mothers, no dental insurance, even after begging local churches, salvation armies, no one has any money. This is America? Who's helping us when we give millions away to other countries. how about helping the poor people right here??????????
