Jun 15th 2010 10:11AM I was recently in a situation where I had to pay cash for a hotel room. I was astounded that they wanted a $150 deposit that they wanted to hold for 1 week after departure... now I understand why.

I always count the number of rows between my row and the exit row. I may not remember it (should anything happen) but it makes me feel more in control of my fate.

Jan 14th 2009 4:41PM The site www.gipsytower.com mentions a clock and clock workings, but the workings pictured look a lot like for bells and I don't see a clock on the exterior of the building. It also has a couple of additional pictures.
I agree that a home like this needs to totally play up what it is... a gothic tower.
