Apr 2nd 2007 5:55PM Fat chicks go to McDonalds, hot chicks go to Starbucks..who am I going to look at?? Starbucks has good lighting for reading and hookups for a laptop, so I can get some reading/bus. done while watching chicks; displays and new music to see/hear while watching for hot chicks; oh yes, the coffee: tastes similar while watching for the next hot chick. And, as all males know, price is no object when it comes to hot chicks...:)

Oct 11th 2006 2:50PM Starbucks ticks me off when I order one reg mild coffee in the am and at noon, they quit selling it, to hype the hi-caffine stuff..also, they are always pressuring you to buy something else (fattening rolls) to go with it...I like Polly's on 2nd st. in Long Beach, CA..coffee roasting machine on site (hmmm, great smells on entering) and consistant gourmet flavor....#1

Jul 26th 2006 12:22AM Great place to visit, but, at 3:30 in the afternoon, it is bumper to bumper traffic along the coast roads..then, there is the multitude of neon fast food signs thru-out paradise...IZ hit the nail on the head when he lamented, "What would the King and Queen say now," if they could see what we have done to paradise? The Islanders cannot even get down to the water without getting arrested for trespassing on hotel property....Despite us tourists, some of the real island still shines thru and around, the development...
