Jan 19th 2008 2:30PM The Oasis in Las Vegas Nevada is another. The boxspring was literally broken in half in a V shape with the mattress on top, there was trickling hot water, and the locks on the door didnt work well. When I went to the front desk to complain, a guest ran in to say someone just had a miscarriage in one of the rooms. The front desk clerk told me that maintenance would come check it out. Thirty minutes later, the maintenance man was her. I found this place in the Yellow Pages, and it looked so plush and tropical, and it cost 75.00. I stayed anyway because it was so entertaining.
