Hairstyles by Face Shape: The Perfect Haircut for a Long Face With Fine Hair {Stylelist (Main)}
Jul 11th 2010 10:12PM No way! Sorry, but she looked a lot better on the Before photo. I hope she didn't pay for this or she should get her money back and go somewhere else! When someone doesn't do something right, I don't believe it makes sense to go back or you might get a double (bad) whamo! LOL
Hannah Altman: The 9-Year-Old CEO {AOL Jobs}
Jun 9th 2010 7:58PM Sorry, there was a transposition of words here which happened while editing (actually a subject/verb). Here's the corrected version for those of you who care about these things. We all make mistakes sometimes, regardless of how they happen.
I admire this child for what she has accomplished at such an early age. The article mentions that she says she is not stressed and that's great. However her deep dark circles on the photo, unless they are a genetic factor, which could might as well be, depict sleep deprivation. Hopefully it is the first and not the latter. May this hard-working child and her family continue to be blessed.

Post Your Face: My Forehead Wrinkles Make Me Look Like an Old Man {Stylelist (Main)}
Jun 3rd 2010 8:05PM In my opinion, this is a psychological trigger to get more men into feeling old and ugly and getting them into the plastic surgery wealth surge for practitioners. They have already gotten plenty of women's money in that line so why not get the other gender now? Wasn't that same thing accomplished with jewelry sales? Now even more men than women wear earrings! LOL
Next thing will be plastic surgery for your pets and the whole animal kindom! Just watch!
Possessed by His Job as a Repo Man {AOL Jobs}
May 18th 2010 1:31PM Another case: I knew a disabled lady who doesn't even drive. Had a couple of tough-looking men at her door supposedly to repossess her car around 10:00 p.m. They parked this huge tow truck across her driveway and even after her telling them that she didn't have a car, or didn't even drive, they wouldn't go away. She told me that she was very scared, but finally the two men left, after about 20 minutes of sitting in their car still blocking her driveway. She was very scared she said and I didn't blame her.
Possessed by His Job as a Repo Man {AOL Jobs}
May 18th 2010 1:18PM Some repos have been unfair. I knew of someone who had gotten ill and was hospitalized and couldn't make a couple of car payments on time. She tried to call the company and leave messages, to no avail. Had the car repossessed after the couple of payments that supposedly were late were sent to them with a check, which they didn't cash! Their phone system in those days was very old and the type of messaging system they had was sort of a recording asking to leave a message but that recording would would loop around and around without any way to leave a message on the system. Anyway, by not cashing the checks, they claimed that the payments had not been made and sent the "repo" man. Even after that, and just within 3 hours the person went to the storage place with the money to pay again and retrieve the car and they said that the car had already been sold and it was too late! It was unbelievable.
Aren't those people supposed to allow some time to give the person the opportunity to pay and get the car or whatever the item is, back? I thought that was a law or some kind of rules about that. It sounds to me that that company or the "repo" place, somebody, just wanted that car, which was fairly new. It ruined that person's credit too.
I believe that there might be lots of cases like this.
Any thoughts or comments will be appreciated.

Apr 26th 2010 1:41AM I believe that Don, being the first poster here, is someone from the "inside," just trying to encourage postings. There are just too many misspellings and mistakes for it to be real! Well, I guess, it must have accomplished the desired result. Good job "Don."
Telemarketer Tells All {AOL Jobs}
Jan 28th 2010 9:31PM Hmmm, the author's name in this article, somehow is the same as one of the top earners and promoters of a very large and very well known, international MLM, herbal products company. A different promotional tactic maybe to get leads? Check some of the keywords. Although the person I am familiar with is not Spanish-Speaking himself, there is a very high-percentage of Spanish-Speaking distributors and countries in that business and in his group, among of course everyone else. But the keyword Spanish abounds in the article in a very clever way.

How, and How Not, to Store Bread {Luxist}
Nov 10th 2009 9:41PM Hi,
I store my honey wheat bread in the freezer until it's time to toast it. It lasts a long time and it makes wonderful toast. I hope this doesn't turn out to be something that will eventually turn out to be fatal or something one shouldn't do! LOL
On a side note, I had read a while ago that bread delivery days can be determined by looking at the color of the twist ties that are used to seal the bags with. I understood it is something like this: they use blue on Mondays, green on Tuesdays, red on Thursdays, White on Fridays, Yellow on Saturdays. No bread is delivered on Wednesdays or Sundays. It also said something about the order of colors follow the order of the alphabet to make it easier to remember. There was something also about "invisible" +6 which I did not understand. Has anyone heard anything about this? Are the colors here correct, and how about what that "invisible +6 means? I am confused.
