Dec 19th 2010 6:03PM china join WTO in late 2000,bill cliton sign the agreement.but honestly we really cant blame bill cliton to do that since i am not ideaology person,not like all the left wing person blame everything to bush for no reason except their politic bias. china is nothing to do with NAFTA.obama adminstration is currently trying to help russia to join WTO,since russia major export goods is oil and natural gas which dont regualate by WTO,so russia acutually dont benefit much by joining WTO,but china major export is our evryday using goods,so china benefit huge by join WTO,thanks Bill cliton admintration help,that is what you see the huge china rising in the past decade,so people blame bush is navive,blame cliton is not nessary,china will join WTO sooner or later.
