12-Year-Old Olympic Hopeful Crushed to Death by Horse {Fanhouse Olympics Blog}
Feb 2nd 2008 6:06PM Christopher Reeves eventually died from his injuries while competing in a vaulting event. He was an adult, not a child, still he fell. This child's parents must be inconsolable as any parent would be upon the death of a child.Whether the accident involved a horse, car, plane, train, swimming pool,etc. And the inner city children are at high risk for accidental death by someone else's gun fire, constantly. Do you blame their parents because they can't afford to live elsewhere and don't have the money to do so? I think not!
We would all do better if we simply came together and put our arms around each ot her and these parents in love and support.

Katie Couric: The Anchor Drops The Anvil {This Just In}
Apr 7th 2007 12:47AM I don't think Katie was at all tough on Elizabeth Edwards.What she was, was crude, smarmy and reminded me of some bar girl in a B-movie! Her hair, spiked eyelashes and half her derriere hanging out for all to see while she sat was definitely NOT CLASSY PALS!! Her smile looked like a baby chimp's -- all teeth sticking out of her mouth with her upper and lower gumlines most visible!! Her interview skills are non-existent. A High School Journalism major would do better and get some salient and revealing answers from the Edwards with the softer, dignified approach of Barbara Walters, or Vickey Mabrey.
Burberry Check Shoulder Bag, Handbag of the Day {Luxist}
Jul 19th 2006 5:06PM As a Scot - I'd like to know WHY are you changing from the plaid? Can you give a good reason why you are taking this icon and putting something else in its place?
Add the knight if you must, yes --but
LEAVE THE PLAID!
