Dec 21st 2012 6:30AM We have the strongest law their is on guns.it is against the law punishable by death for using one and killing another person. Over 6000 gun laws that only sane law abiding citizens pay attention to. Another law is not the answer. Profiling just the last 3 shooters we see it was mental illness not a gun that took innocent lives. Laws since 1955 have changed and the biggest during Carter that put sick people out in population creating what we see today.If we look at nations like Japan they have great mental health facilities and policy. It is not inhumane to lock these people up if they are getting the help they need to return them back to reality. If we help the sick these mass murders will end. 30 years ago we did not this problem but we had the guns. Real changes not the blame on an object need to happen. Making a law on guns is the easy way out and will not stop the carnage

Jan 14th 2011 7:05PM BofA is not operating in good faith. My home loan was taken over by them from raided T,B&W. For almost a year we kept getting late notices and default warnings even though we have never been late. Calling them their reply was just ignore the notices it will stop when the files from T,B&W get to BofA. Well we ignored them and now have been fighting with them for almost 2 years on the amount they take in escrow. we demanded they send us the paper work to relinquish them handling the escrow never arrived. They claim we are in default and we have told them many time to stop looking into a computer and pick up a calculator. These people cannot even do elementary addition and subtraction. Each month the statement is late and we have to call to get them to send it and the amount changes every statement on a fixed mortgage. We are giving them a few more weeks then going to put our payments into an escrow and await them taking us to court. Any judge seeing our bank statement and our records will deem us up to date and will award us accordingly. After that I am going to sue for them operating in bad faith and if any of you remember Farmers insurance getting the same suit because of bad faith they had to pay 40 million to the woman whos claim they were screwing with. I will get revenge on these crooks and I don't care if the lawyer gets 90%. All I want is to pay for my home without the harassment by BofA.

Jan 14th 2011 6:07PM Your right. I would not mind at all going to pick up my mail. You see in this article they are over staffed which indicates waste. Pensions are the biggest killer. Get rid of the dead wood and the post office will see profits. Their are ways but the SEIU and the ACLU would come down on them hard. They have one choice slim down or fold.

She and the rest of the liberal leaning news people live in a bubble along with the present leaders of this country. Want real news look it up the net set the new standard for information and people like Katie will soon fade into the tabloid section. I would love to see her interview Palin now that she knows just how far down these people will go .
