Made in the USA: The Toilet Goes High Tech {AOL Small Business}

Jun 15th 2010 2:47PM Yeah, I'm gonna wash my hands in a sink I just flicked crap stained butt hairs into when I wiped my ass.

The Oak Bar Wins the Luxist Awards Readers' Choice Award for Best Hotel Bar {Luxist}

May 11th 2010 3:02PM Clearly the author has never been to the Ship Tavern at the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver.

School Calls Foul, Suspends Students Over Farmer Flap {ParentDish}

Feb 26th 2010 2:08PM The world seem to be just a mobius strip of bullshit.(A modius strip has only one side and is endless)Go wiki it.

Sam Zell Takes Manhattan--For Cheap {Housingwatch}

Feb 19th 2010 2:34PM Mr. Zell is a prime example of the portability of capital. Capital is like electricity; It follows the path of least resistance. Governments and banks need to remember this when they want to dream up all the absolute bull&%#! laws, regulations, fees, taxes, rules, exactions, "requirements", and such any body has to deal with these days whenever they try to do something productive. The result is...things get done, and people get JOBS when capital is used efficiently. When it's not, New York gets Mr. Zell; and the contry gets Obama.

The Wrong Watch and Other Random Reasons You're Not Getting a Job {AOL Jobs}

Feb 17th 2010 2:56PM I've had my biz for 34 years. I've made my bones and so far no starlets are offering to sleep with me because I'm self employed, so I'm getting rid of the &#@!ing headaches of self employment and want a simple monkey job where I can get out of the house, make a few beans for beer, and let someone else have the glory of having their name on the target. No MLM bull%$#@, Wallmart, or volunteer nonsense. My dad lived to 96, and I don't want to be one of those slow witted retired doofuses you see.

Anderson Cooper's Interior Designer Goes Down {Housingwatch}

Feb 17th 2010 1:20PM For those of you thinking Mr. cooper isn't at fault...you're right; but he has the $$$ and that's what the lawyer wants.

Top TARP Cop Warns: The Bubble Is Back {Housingwatch}

Feb 16th 2010 4:05PM In the vast sea of "debate" and discussion about the (apparently everlasting)whipping boy (housing) of the exponentially expanding sea of "experts" and water cooler pundits I've never ever seen any discussion about the cost to build a house. Seems to me in a balanced market, the cost to produce the product, AND CREATE A PROFIT WORTHY OF THE RISK, is the minimum for which it should be valued.

California bans power-hog TVs. Will the rest of the country follow? {Daily Finance}

Nov 20th 2009 5:04PM It's looking more and more like the only way citizens are going to get the government they deserve is to start tar and feathering the bozos in our government at all levels.

Palin photographer breached contract with sale to Newsweek {Daily Finance}

Nov 18th 2009 4:36PM Why is everybody in the MSM so afraid of Sarah Palin? She's smart, articulate, knowledgable and amiable. I would think this is the kind of person that could improve MSM's ratings. We're all real tired of being beat over the head with the Hillarys, Nancys, and Maxines(Waters) of the world.
