Jan 1st 2011 9:04PM I look at the labels to see how many servings it has in it, then I measure whatever I'm going to eat & save it for another day. I don't eat potatoe chips or any of that junk stuff. I try & walk everyday. I go to school online so I have to watch what I eat. I have one of those things that tell you how far you have walked in a day so that helps me out.

They all would be so embarssed if their dad did anything out of the way that they considered "normal". They are all grown up now & he didn't kill them with his out of the way tactics he used also.
