Let's lead by example or not suggest what the rest of us should do. Also, Bush didn't cause the job losses by himself, he had a good ol' Democrat congress majority to keep him in check. I see more job losses now, plus trillions of dollars spent that will keep the American people paying off this monumental debt forever. More has been spent under Obama's reign than all of Bush's. Can we all say we're better off now, than we were 2 years ago? I think not. And for cryin out loud, you Dems need to quit blaming Bush and take responsibility for what has happened in the last 18 months! Bush is history, let's take a close look at the ""we've had the past 18 months and talk about that!

Aug 19th 2010 6:40PM I didn't say she spent it on clothing. The costs of Air Force 1, security people and their expenses, limos, etc. made shopping in Spain awfully expensive! And, instead of spending that money in the USA, it is spent showcasing what a beautiful place SPAIN is to vacation.

Aug 19th 2010 5:46PM Instead of spending $500,000. on shopping in Spain and buying expensive Wooly Mammouth jewelry, the Obamas should "spread some of their wealth around" as he said he wanted to do with Americans' money during his campaign. That amount of money, contributed to a food bank, Salvation Army, or homeless shelter would benefit Americans more than seeing their First Lady dressed like a queen.

Why hurry, push, grant favors to get the votes and tell us we'll like it after we see how good it will be? And it won't happen until 2014, but paying for it will begin immediately.
I have a mommy and daddy to tell me what's good for me. I don't need my gov. telling me what I have to buy, and what medical care I need for MY body!
