Aug 28th 2009 10:46AM Interesting that everyone want's to say a felon who's prison term is over has paid for his crime & deserves a 2nd chance. Then there are the bible people who say not to forgive goes against Jesus' law...so here I go. I live right here in Va where I have seen those dogs who were hurt & had to be put to sleep. VICK ADMITTED TO HURTING & KILLING THOSE DOGS AS WELL, SO GET YOUR INFORMATION CORRECT. This was not a shoplifting charge or a speeding ticket. Jesus & the bible say's to forgive, but that one must still pay the earthly consequences of ones actions, to forgive does not mean all is forgotten & life goes on as usual. If we forget the heinous mentally sick nature of these crimes & reward him with the glorious life he "chose to give away by his actions", then we also forgive every child sex offender who is no longer in jail & let them go back to the schools & playgrounds they preyed upon...after all, didn't they do their time & don't they deserve a second chance ? I am not serious of course, but hopefully the point is made. Vick has been treated special & given extraordinary considerations that are not afforded to all people with a criminal records...he deserves to live as any other felon does, with restrictions & changes based upon his own choices.

Jul 27th 2009 6:37AM Oh buggers...what a little hypocrite, she hooks up with divorcing Jude Law, who then cheats on her, she breaks up with him over it then hooks up with a married man...she get's what she deserves if that's how she chooses her men, celebrity private lives have been in the public eye since the beginning of the movies, she should not have gone into the biz if she wasn't prepared for it, she should not have gotten involved with Getty if she wasn't prepared for it, she shouldn't do interviews if she doesn't like it...in fact, nobody would miss her if she just dropped out of sight, there's a billion blonde actresses who can replace her, soooo problem solved !

Oct 26th 2008 10:32AM You know, it is so interesting when a company thinks they own a design and anything similar to it. My initials are MLB, am I suing Major League Baseball ? Most designs are variations on something, they are inspired by an image. The clover image is one that can be easily done in way's that are so similar. There is a world of difference between the 2 CC's of Chanel's logo, Louise Vuitton's LV's and the interpretation of a clover, circle, square and such. There are only so many way's to interpret these with the basic elements of gold, silver & diamonds.

Oct 24th 2008 1:42PM It doesn't take a genius to know that an online selling site will see an increase in sales as the holiday gift giving season goes into full swing ! How do you say a stock is still worth investing in when the time downslide began can be directly connected to when a new CEO and a multitude of unfair, unbiased & greedy policy & rate changes go into effect. Ebay is looking at other acquisitions because it knows it must, Ebay alone is faltering miserably. Ebay now needs the other ventures as "tugboats" to pull the broken Ebay ship along as it's engines shut down one by one. They wish to "pretend" to the public that it is healthy by buying other companies, a false impression. Ebay is laying off staff & having to use over 1/2 ofit's available revolving credit to make it happen, no different than losing your job and then paying your mortgage with your credit card. When the income still isn't coming in the next month, how are you going to pay both the mortgage AND the credit card payment ?
Until Ebay changes it's management & policies back, it will continue to go downhill, it's newly acquired side ventures along with it. Take care of your people Ebay & they will take care of you !!
