For example, it is completely legal in this county to jail child molesters and limit where they can live. In this country, it is only illegal to discriminate against someone for simply being a member of a protected class. In that Arizona's new law is only a hassle to those who are not legally present in the US, that is, the new law only hassles (discriminates against) law-breaking criminals. Here in the US, being a law breaking criminal does not make you a member of a protected class.

However, if the dem's insist on going against the will of their constituents and moving forward with the bill, the bill should at least be amended to require those unable to pay their own healthcare to abort their pregnancies in lieu of forcing the taxpayers to finance their full term pregnancies, deliveries, and subsequently financing the healthcare costs of their illegitimate children. Don't let the liberal media fool you into thinking all Republicans are ultra-right wing nut-cases when in reality most of us Republicans believe "If you can't afford to support it, you had better abort it!"
