I didn't read any comments about the views of the beach in the sixth picture. I've lived near the beach and a lot that close is probably what substantiates most of the price.

All a person has to do is go to the "usgovernment spending as percent of GDP" website and see that the deficit began declining in 1992 and had reached a negative after 1997. For those of you from the south, that means there was a surplus when "C student" took office in 2000.
