May 1st 2010 9:20PM I am so confused why leftist and even the President have chosen to twist the truth about this law. It does NOT give the Police the power or responsibility to stop someone to see "if their papers are in order." What it does is when a police officer stops someone for some other legit reason and learns the person of interest is here illegally, he now has authority to arrest for that too. It's basically the same Federal law that wasn't being enforced.

Feb 28th 2010 10:24AM I watched the race for the Democratic ticket between Obama and Clinton while serving in Iraq. I did not like Clinton. I did not trust Obama. Therefore I had no candidate I was rooting for so I was able to watch with objectivity from afar. What I saw was amazing. I watched the news media methodically destroy Clinton by blowing every gaff of hers way out of proportion. Then at the same time they were making Obama look like the next Messiah by quickly sweeping under the rug every stupid thing he'd ever said or done. Fascinating to watch.

Jan 24th 2010 3:46PM After doing a tour a duty in Iraq I understand how we will begin to get more and more causualties the closer we get to leaving. In that culture it would not matter that we are leaving and control is in the hands of the Iraqi people. Each sub-group wants to take credit for driving the infidels out. It doesn't matter how or why we leave. That's why it was so important to not stupidely tell the world the withdrawel time table decided upon with the Iraqi Parliment in September 2008.
