Is Tom Brady's Time Warner Center Apartment Overpriced? {Luxist}

Oct 14th 2008 10:35AM I feel sorry for his guy; here’s another examples of his need for a women’s touch. Here’s hoping that the new broker will tell him:

•The furniture arrangement doesn’t look the best
•The dining room area needs a rug and a centerpiece
•The living area needs a rug as well
•The fitness equipment (back right corner) needs to come out of the master bedroom
•The bathroom needs towels
•The bathroom and kitchen need color
•Every room needs either plants and/or silk arrangements.

That view is amazing and the place looks grand; unfortunately, it doesn’t look like a superstar’s place.
