Megayacht Seized In Illegal Diving Incident {Luxist}

Jul 13th 2006 1:01PM Referance the Cebaco Bay that was detained in the Galapagos Islands along with the Mini-Submarine...Contracts clearly stated that the Mega Yacht Constellation was to required to provide all permits & documents for the support vessels.NOW READ THIS, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT!... "the Constellation had TWO GALAPAGOS PARK OFFICIALS on board this mega yacht the entire time their Russian guest's were using the Submarine in the park waters!!!!! .IMAGINE THAT, the fact that "GALAPAGOS PARK RANGERS" were aboard the CONSTELLATION while park laws broken before their eyes is the BIG NEWS here!!!..Its is called corruption!...Why was the Cebaco Bay vessel & Submarine arrested and the Constellation allowed to leave.?????...They were only working in "good faith" to lend support to the CONSTELLATION who should be the one arrested down there.
