Kinda odd, Kinda cool.. I'd change the pool up a bit to be more on par with the price range. Definitely change the ladder.
Also, I really doubt he was a magnet. unless he caught a charge.... "department store magnate", maybe?

Oct 9th 2010 12:41AM It was a great deal for the property, especially the land. The estate sits in the middle of Indiana's wealthiest block. Unfortunately, for the neighbors, those selling their house may have to adjust for this surprising recent sale. I doubt that anyone would justify paying anything over $3m on that street for a while.... It will be very interesting to see what happens with the market up there. But, alas, there are always outliers :-)
