Singer Castle, Estate of the Day {Luxist}

Jul 12th 2006 1:28PM Vladi of Vladi Private Islands owns this Castle Island. Vladi bought it a few years ago for under US$3 Million and is now selling it for US$22 Million... Now that's a mark up! I wonder why Vladi is not selling this on his own site www.vladi.de. Maybe he is embarrassed of the 19 Million Dollar mark up? Way to go, capitalism rules!
