Jun 17th 2009 9:42AM I am so sick of people who think that no matter what children do, they deserve a pardon because they are a child. This is a bunch of nonsense. Children who do bad things should have consequences; otherwise, they will grow up to be adults like many of their parents who DON'T PARENT, and the cycle will continue forever. This kid could have killed this puppy, and that is not o.k. I can't stand these people who defend children on every occasion, Get it through your head...there are a lot of BAD kids out there!!

Mar 6th 2009 2:47PM If I treated my husband the way Kate treats Jon, I would expect him to crack at some point or another. I don't necessarily think that going to a college party at 31 yrs old is cool, but Jon appears to be a fun-loving, free spirited kind of guy, and his wife yells at him and degrades him every chance she gets. I am not saying I would like to trade places with her and stay home with eight children, but we all make our choices, and life's stresses do not give you permission to treat your spouse with disrespect as Kate does, and on national television, no less! If Jon did anything inappropriate for a married man at this party, that is a whole other story...but lay off the guy! I would need a break from Kate as well!

Nov 5th 2008 12:06PM Nursing sucks...no two ways about it. I have to honestly say that the pay in my area (PA) is not bad...after 7 years in the profession, I make about $26 an hour. But the job just keeps getting harder and harder, and the pay does not reflect that. If you are like me, and you want to do a good job for your patients, it is twice as hard, as opposed to those nurses who are lazy and just don't care. And as far as education is concerned...I went to a bachelor's program by choice because I wanted a real college experience, but the pay is no different than someone who went to an associate's program...now that sucks.
