They should all be of uniform size, to make it easier to find in my envelope. Some cash-offs are larger than a dollar bill.
They should all expire at END of month, not arbitrarily on any given day in middle of month. (It's embarrassing giving the cash-off to clerk and have it handed back to you: "Sorry, this expired last week!")
And last, Expiration area should have a white background with black print, in a larger font than what's usually used. Darn it, sometimes I need a magnifying glass to read the expiration date, and when it's on a yellow background with white print, it is impossible to read!!

I'm living attached to a legal 2-fam home where the owner, J.Bellantone, rented out his two legal apts, then gutted out, and reconstructed a third apt in the illegal cellar, ALL ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING WORK DONE WITHOUT CITY LICENSES OR PERMITS, where he lives with his girlfriend. Fire? Flood? Cave-in? I've notified Councilman Lew Fidler, NYC Bldgs Dept, and other officials, but they can't get access to the cellar--so they ignore neighbors' complaints!! A search warrant is needed. This may be a life-threatening situation; it poses a threat to the community, but the severity of the matter is ignored by Lew Fidler, C.Quinn, Bldgs Dept Deputy Comm.B.Winter, D.A. Bureau Chief John Castelli, and others. A search warrant is needed, but nobody wants to make waves, neighbor against neighbor. Who was bribed?
