Kimmel and Trump sold their places before the real economic collapse. And Taylor's property doesn't even have coveted direct oceanfront, as Kimmel and Trump had.
The last picture clearly shows S. Ocean Blvd. running between the house and beach.
I'm thinking he'll get closer to $50 million - maybe.

Aug 23rd 2008 2:24PM Yuck. Love the gracious and classic exterior. But it clashes hard with an interior that's as cold and uninviting as a hospital.
I can only imagine how beautiful the woodwork was before the owner whitewashed the warmth right out of it.
If you want to live in a stark environment like that, buy a contemporary.
Why not paint the entire house white?
How about spray painting the entire yard white while you're at it?
