Sep 13th 2009 1:47AM I enjoyed watching Jordan play basketball, watching him hang in the air and hit those jumpers was a wonder to behold. However, he is not GOD! He is a very talented athlete.
As a person he seems to have the morals of a rabbit and seems to think he can say whatever he likes because of who he is. His ego is out of control.
He used his speech as a platform to get back at people he felt had wronged him in the past. That is not the behavior of an upstanding gentleman. Parts of his speech were inappropriate and this was not the platform. The statement he made to his children was flat out rude. I guess no matter what they do it will never be enough to please their perfect Dad because we all know they will never measure up to his greatness.
Aug 1st 2009 3:41PM I recently have become a drinker of red wine. I prefer a deep merlot over all others. My preferred drink had been apple martini's. I have noticed quite the increase in my libido. I am relieved to discover it is the wine. I stupidly thought it was the fact that I haven't slept with anyone in nearly two years! I am so relieved. I'll sleep soundly tonight......
Oct 17th 2008 4:01PM Stanley - It was McCain (the old guy) who said he aspired to be a 'dictator', not Obama. He also referred to us as my fellow 'prisoners' which is what we would continue to be under his leadership. McCain was the one who brought Joe the Plumber's name into the debate, repeatedly I might add. Joe should have been truthful with his question. The way this campaign has played out they will use anything available to bring negative attention to the other candidate. As an american who with my spouse have a combined income over $250,000 we are voting for Obama. Certainly not because he is perfectly qualified for the position, neither of them are. However, we are only 47 years old and years away from retirement and the idea of 4 more years of Bush policies scares the hell out of us. I'm sure if Obama's camp chose to dig deep into McCain's past 50 years they would discover some questionable associations also. Do people honestly believe that if obama had been born in Kenya the FBI would not have figured that out by now? We've done our own research.Look at factcheck.org for a bipartisan viewpoint. With regards to the investigation into Joe's background that was not Obama's doing that was the media. If Joe knew the majority of his question was fiction he initially should have refused the first interview when he was contacted. Joe is a grown man, let's place some of the responsiblity for the backlash where it needs to be and that is on Joe. Most importantly get out there on Nov. 4th and VOTE. OBAMA/BIDEN 08' - But we want to make it perfectly clear.......that if those other two do manage to get in the White House we're not going anywhere. We are Americans and there is no other country we would want to live in. During these trying times we all need to be UNITED not divided. GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!
Aug 20th 2008 7:32PM I watch The View daily and find the women quite entertaining, with the exception of Elizabeth. I literally have to mute the televison at times when she goes off on one of her political tirades that have absolutely nothing to do with the topic being discussed at the moment. Sherri is delightful. I love watching her test products. If there's going to be an empty seat please let it be the ex-survivor's.
