Aug 4th 2008 12:03AM Dude you dont understand what the real estate market is like in New York City. I live in NYC and the average one bedroom in a decent neighborhood is at least a million. Real estate has gone up so much over the past few years here. In NYC standards that home is worth 11 million if not more now adays. No apartment's value remains the same over 6 years. And dont call her a bitch, she's hot as hell.
