Jul 18th 2008 3:31PM Great location and views. Not sure about the house, though. The roof doesn't work for me, and neither does the balustrade on the lanai. Not in keeping with the locale by any stretch.

Also, I can't believe that's the priciest piece of available property in the area. Pat Choi (best broker on Oahu, in my opinion) has a listing for 12.8 million in Honolulu and 15 million in Kailua-Kona.
