Overall, I think It's a great home. However, they are definitely going to have a much harder time selling because of the area that it's in. If it were in Beverly Hills, then they would probably have a lot more interested buyers.

Apr 6th 2010 3:42PM I absolutely LOVE the exterior! I like the foyer with y-shaped staircase and hand carved dome. I also love the 2-story spaces including the office. The outdoor swimming pool area is also amazing! I agree that some of the rooms are horribly decorated, like the dining room.

Mar 5th 2010 3:43AM This is one of my all time favorite "party pads". There are so many amenities that you don't have to leave your home for days! haha. I definitely think it will be sold now considering it's 1/3 of the original price. You can't get better than that.
