It's the necessity of dealing with nasty airline personnel, the frequent cancellations, dealing with hired thugs who cram their hands into your private areas, pee-poor service, $100 suitcase fees, bad attitudes from most everyone and, oh yeah, sitting next to a 300 pound sweat-hog who takes up half your seat in addition to his/hers.
