Dec 16th 2011 4:51PM Since the person representing the HOA said it has to go because "it isn't attached to the home" makes this an easy remedy. MOVE Cooper's house 20' and ATTACH it to the main house using lag bolts. I hate HOA's. I lived in a townhouse that enforced strict HOA convenants. The HOA decided at the time to have cable tv wiring installed underground with hook-ups to all units. Then they monthly billed all tenants for cable saying it was our responsibility to call to have it hooked up. I had no use for cable tv and told them that cable tv was an elective and I "elected" not to have it. I contacted an attorney who sent the HOA a letter. The HOA put a lien on my unit so I instructed my attorney to make a point to take this to court. The HOA backed down saying those tenants who had cable hooked up to their unit would pay for the service.

Dec 7th 2011 11:52AM $75 per year may not be alot to some but to others it's taking food away from their tables. In my opinion, the firefighters should have tried to extinguish the fire then bill the occupants the $75 later. To let this fire totally consume a residence is unheard of.

May 17th 2011 3:07PM Seems most think they're as pure as fresh fallen snow. Arnold's like everyone else who makes a bad mistake. Just because he's an actor and former governor doesn't mean that he can't make a mistake. Attorney's do it, dentists do it, fire fighters do it, police officers do it, doctors do it, and believe it or not...some of those are female. The only reason Arnold is taking so much heat is because he's high profile. If he were your Schwann's delivery person you probably wouldn't hear about it. I'm not saying I condone what he's done, I'm saying don't criticize if you don't know the whole story. I wish the entire Schwarzenegger family peace during their crisis. And people, it's their crisis, not yours.

When I first saw the headline to the article I was thinking of that other female who has had a lot of plastic surgery and looks badly. Cindy Jackson's procedures look like they may have been minimal procedures which, in the end, left her looking quite remarkable.
