Southampton Sprawl, Estate of the Day {Luxist}

Jun 29th 2008 5:13PM its nice??? for me, you can clearly see or imagine the 67 million!!
its the location (Hamptons probably the most expensive property market in the USA), its the size (probably one of the biggest estates in the hamptons), its the living space, its the substance of the estate, which was build in the 1910's by lloyd smith, its the redecoration by jürgen friedrich who spend 10's of millions after he bought it. 5 reasons x 10 million = 50 million. there must be another two!! i'll search them ;-)
