Jun 14th 2010 4:06PM Plus size models are simply there to make the fat people feel better about themselves. If overweight is so acceptable, what happened to the "Super Size"? Why is "The Biggest Loser" one of the most-watched t.v. shows? Americans spending billions of dollars on gym memberships (that they never go after the 1st week), Jenny Craig, & Weight Watchers when all you have to do is eat less & exercise more. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months after having my second child by doing just that. Drink more water, switched my sodas to diet, & eating less but make sure you eat breakfast & lunch. NO BUFFETS!! I did a 20-minute dvd workout 3 times a week. Never ate after 6:00 p.m. if I ate at all in the evenings. I got so used to dieting, that after 9 months I decided to stop dieting but had to "train" myself to eating normal again. It takes HARD WORK PPL!

Jan 23rd 2009 4:25PM I pray that God fills this woman's heart with love & compassion. I also pray that common sense knocks her in the freakin head. She needs to forget what kind of monster she has been to this little girl & start being the mother she should've been from the start. I'll gladly share some of the love I have for my child with her as I have plenty to go around.
I can't imagine not loving your child with all your heart. I was in love with my child while he was still in the womb. I'd have conversations & sing to him all the time. During my pregnancy, I knew I was never alone while his daddy was working late nights. When I saw his screaming face for the first time at birth, all covered with goo, I burst into tears of joy. I've never fallen in love so fast.
Never forget that children are our blessings from God to never be taken for granted.

Jan 1st 2009 9:56AM Why is skinny considered "anorexic", "high-maintenance" & "self-absorbed"? I'm 5'10" & have kept a weight of 125-145 since I was 15. (Minus a couple of pregnancies where I swoll up to 195). I have a petite frame but I've been called anorexic & accused of just simply not eating my entire life. Truth-be-told, I can eat more than most of my accusers in one sitting. Stop pointing fingers at skinny girls. We all do not have eating disorders. Some people are just naturally skinny. Do you want to be called "cow" or "wide load" for being comfy in your full-figured frame? I didn't think so.

Jun 28th 2008 5:49PM You gotta try these foods southern style. fried okra is awesome & a sweet pea casserole with mayo,cheese,& boiled egg is a family favorite. i could make a meal of fully-cooked steamed oysters with saltines & hot sauce (& maybe a few beers). i've found that many ppl just haven't eaten the food prepared to their taste. But i guess they'll never be any food that everybody likes..
