What I find interesting about this situation is the fashion industries complaints re: counterfeiting (i.e. the lawsuits vs ebay, et al). If the industry is using illegal means to produce their products, why can't anyone else? What's the difference between the Mafia & al Qaida (1 of the groups known to profit from counterfeiting)? Don't they use the same tactics?
