My Uncle (80) was supposed to be rescued and had to wait until the next day because of Obama flying in for his photo op. He should have never come. Disasters like this he does not manage. Weather disasters are run by Gov's and Mayors. He was here for his photo op with his new bestie Christie. Now he will fly in for 30 min. next Thurs., get his pic taken a million times, look concerned as Christie waddles along and they will tie up all the first responders to protect them.
Stay away Obama. We don't need you here. You already won the election so please just go away.

Nov 10th 2012 3:10PM Patricia at 2:45pm you are a moron. You obviously are not in NY or NJ or you wouldn't be posting that FEMA and Red Cross are there and soon they will be bringing trailers. NOT TRUE. FEMA had a sign posted saying "closed due to weather". One man called for food for a family of 3 in the AM and in the afternoon they brought him 1/2 pint of milk, an apple and that was it.
It is the private donations/volunteers that are helping. In Breezy Point they are still lying about how many died.
This is worse that Katrina and I know because I volunteered there for 6 weeks and the people acted like animals. We were spit at, called names, they stole out things, supplies,etc. We were the medical support stafff. I would never, ever volunteer there again.
This area is being ignored. The media is not covering it but you can be sure they will be there next Thursday when Obama flies in for his 30 minute photo op and speech. He and FEMA are useless.

Feb 4th 2012 9:14PM California? Are you serious? Mudslides, earth quakes, home invasions, some of the highest taxes in the USA and the state is on the verge of bankruptcy.
That state is out of control and comes with all the liberals and their hand out programs that you pay for.
I love Florida and unless you are living in a swamp, you will not see all those creepy things the one poster mentioned. I have my house sprayed outside 4 times a year and do not have spiders in my house. I don't have gators chewing at my door like she made it sound. I've only seen one gator and it was in a preverve/park.
Hurricanes haven't been an issue since 2004 and unless you lived on the water or in a trailer, you are safe. If it is bad, you leave for a few edays. I'd rather deal with that once in a blue moon then deal with cold, ice, storms, and out of control taxes and utilities.
I saved $40,000 in taxes by moving to Florida per year. Go ahead and tell me I made a mistake! LOL

I'm not "plugging" any book and I don't "hate" her and I don't know her "every move". I just know there are lots of people who do good deeds and donate and help people without all the photo ops and publicity stunts.
Some people are like sheep who idolize people who like her and fall for her nonsense.
I'm a pharmacist so I'm paid to watch for discrepancies, pay attention to details, watch for fraudulent prescriptions so I guess I can spot things that are asmoke screen quicker than people like you.
