Jul 10th 2011 3:24PM My Granddaddy worked for the Railroad for almost 40 years. He worked hard and was liked and respected by both his section hands and his bosses . His hard work and dedication got his son,his nephew,a brother-in-law and several others in the door at the Railroad but once they were in the door it was up to them to succeed or fail ..Most parents do all they can to open doors for their kids but once the kids are in ,the staying In is up to them.
Sad but true- you can go out that same door you just came in cause doors open both ways.

Mar 12th 2009 8:30PM No they weren't..They told the story of meeting in a club where Garth was bartending or working the door...She got in some kind of trouble at the club and that's when they met..I do feel bad for Sandy but not because of the divorce..Sandy never seemed happy or comfortable in the noise and bright lights of Garth's life...I just hope she's found whatever she needed to make her life happy and peaceful...

Mar 12th 2009 8:10PM I'm sorry--I guess I missed the part about the documented proof of adultry...It was easy to see they liked each other a lot,that doesn't necessarily mean they took it any farther then that...I'm not a Garth Fan but I will say not many men would Quit right at the top of a career they had dreamed about all their life to make their wife happy..Obviously,it didn't work for him or for Sandy..I learned a long time ago not to judge others,that's the Lord's job. Didn't he say don't Judge-cause then you might be Judged ?? Since I doubt anyone on here is perfect or even close.you all better be careful.....

To me that means you keep your mouth shut about National issues when you're in another country.

Jan 13th 2009 3:11PM I believe in Freedom of Speech,I also believe that Entertainers have a responsibility to think before they Speak...There are people who actually base their opinions on what their favorite celebrities are saying...Most of us know that entertainers are just people-they form opinions based on the same things we do.They have no inside information or divine guidance--often they're no smarter then any of us...Yet some of them seem to feel that being Famous means their opinions are the only opinions that matter..I like the two sisters-I have never liked Natalie. I certainly don't think she has all the answers.In fact.I don't think she even knows what the questions are before she decides she's right...
She really needs to give it a rest--hopefully this
lawsuit will teach her to listen more and talk less.
