Jun 7th 2008 10:17PM Junk Science? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Before anyone goes out their wanting to say there is no connection between vaccines and autism, you need to do the RESEARCH and EDUCATE yourself!!!! I had to watch my perfectly NORMAL precious little boy fall apart after his MMR shot, and I mean within HOURS!!! I have fought like hell to recover him from this, and you can bet your a$$ that I will NOT EVER vaccinate my children again until the preservatives are removed, and the schedule is changed. ALL those so called studies that say there is not any connection are CORRUPT and TAINTED!!!! Most politicians OWN stock in drug companies, and they are not about to come forward and admit their mistake. The FDA and the CDC (ESPECIALLY) are corrupt as well. Furthermore, insurance companies will pay for practically anything except autism!!! While everyone deserves medical care, why should a drug addict, or an alcoholic get care, but not these kids? Those people made a conscious choice to do what they did. Our children were innocent babies, and we made the mistake of placing our trust in the wrong people!
Unless you are the parent of a child with autism, or it affects someone you love, you have NO IDEA what you are talking about! We are INTELLIGENT people who devote ourselves to helping our children, because no one else will!
We are NOT anti-vaccine - we just want a safer schedule and the preservatives removed. ANYONE who thinks putting mercury (and oh YES, it is still in MANY shots), antifreeze, formaldehyde, aluminum and aborted fetal cells is good for a BABY is just plain NUTS! Also, if vaccines work the way they are supposed to my child is NOT a threat! If your child has been vaccinated they are protected right?! Think about that for a while!
