Mar 31st 2011 8:40PM With her monotone voice and boiled potato personality, she should have been delighted someone thought her great enough to want to meet her, especially a child...and a sick one, at that!
Never did, never will watch her show and certainly won't spend any of my coins for anything bearing her name!!
Mar 24th 2011 7:09PM This man is NOT funny and his comments were mean-spirited! The ladies are not professional dancers and did very well. As ugly as he is, he really can't afford to call anyone names. He needs to go sit behind a door and suck his thumb. A bit of advice: George, your writers need to be replaced according to what I hear.
Nov 5th 2010 5:10PM Adam WHO? Give him his 15 minutes so he can crawl back under his stone.
Jul 14th 2010 2:36PM Gotta give it to ya, Whoopie!! Tell it like it reallly is!! The internet is filled with posts and blogs authored by ignorant people who take advantage of the anonymity it affords. You are right...they are cowards personified; 99% of them wouldn't repeat their vile ramblings in person.
Jun 3rd 2010 7:59PM Dorothy, Sophia, Blanche and Rose were the very first RED HAT ladies! Having reached the wonderfully ripe age of 50+ and armed with wit and wisdom untold, they sashayed without fear into the most exciting phase of their lives...the grand, gracious, glamorous and glorious GOLDEN YEARS!
Blanche, save some cheesecake for the rest of us!
Jun 3rd 2010 7:46PM Absolutely! My heart really dropped when I read about Rue. I've not been a big TV viewer but "The Golden Girls" was one of the few shows that I watched faithfully...and still catch reruns when possible. Blanche and Rose always made me laugh aloud. It especially cheered me whenever I was feeling low. My prayers go to her family and all the friends who loved her so much. She will be missed dearly.
We've lost a good number of true-grit stars lately, which makes me weep.
May 25th 2010 5:32PM ...and you, Mr. Compassion, know this...how???
May 25th 2010 5:29PM These are adults who abused a child in a sex crime...period! They should be treated as such to the highest degree because it was a premeditated and brutal action. I'd like to see them sentenced to 25 years in prison and made to view brutalized children for several hours a day during that time. Whatever they earn working in prison should go to pay for the removal of the tatoos from the victim. If there isn't work for them, find some...busting rocks if necessary!
These scumbags deserve nothing from my tax dollars. They've admitted it; so, their rights should be taken away.
Mar 31st 2010 10:05PM and, using your reasoning, some don't learn until high school or college. Try graduate school!!! Judging by online message board posts, most of America would be illiterate!!!
Feb 24th 2010 5:29PM Money does not equal class or taste, period! It only allows one to display the lack thereof easier and more widely spread.
