Dec 6th 2010 10:49AM This would be so awesome to use for keeping in touch with my daughter in college!
Oct 26th 2009 12:46PM I'm facing the prospect of revamping my wardrobe and could really use some guidelines, so I hope I win the book! My tip is to only buy the best shoes and make sure they are properly fitted. You only need one or two pairs of black, brown and beige pumps -- not a closet full.
Jan 8th 2009 10:38AM I saw this article in the NYT. Thirty years ago I was one of those debutantes, but my experience was vastly different. I "came out" on a dare from a college friend who was on the committee. My mother and uncle were the only family who attended, and they certainly didn't buy a table. My dress was an off-the-clearance-rack wedding dress; I had to bustle the train. The one indulgence I had was staying at the Waldorf-Astoria for two nights. And after the ball, many of the debs retired to Studio 54, still in their gowns!!
Jun 4th 2008 9:24PM Hi; that's my husband Bob piloting the Sidekick. We are indeed in Maryland; most people around here actually do know how to drive, as long as there is no snow on the ground (or even threatened).
The Sidekick is NOT a "Bob original"; he built it from plans he purchased from http://www.americanspeedster.com, and then he added the motor to it. He didn't document the construction, nor is there currently any web page or blog about it. That might be something I put together for him in my copious free time; given the explosion of interest in it, I had better carve some out!!
