If you are dating a person of the same sex, you can't get married in most states, so how can one wait for marriage? Sex is a beautiful thing. It should not be restricted to only those allowed to marry.We must have marriage equality for all people.

After 7 years they are required, by federal law to remove any item from your credit report. Learn the Fair Debt Collection Act. Use it against them. If they contact you after giving them written notice not to do so, they should be reported to your state Attorney General. The fine for not following your demand is around $1200 in most states. Also, let them know that you know the laws of your state and then be willing to file suit.
