May 22nd 2008 4:56AM This property seems way overpriced. It looks too formal and like too much work to take care of it. Someone from the HGTV channel program, "Designed to Sell" should go through the house, get rid of excess furniture, the plaid carpeting and transform it into a more inviting home!
